LOST IN THE WORD OF TECHNOLOGY

LOST IN THE WORD OF TECHNOLOGY

Recently in Britain someone cloned her dog and won £60,000, I can just imagine how happy she was for her victory and having the first ever clone dog in Britain but still in her heart she knew that the dog is not exactly her, it just looks like hers. We might try to convince ourselves but cloning a dog or a human being will never quest our thirst for satisfaction.

Babies are a source of joy in our lives and most women dream of having their own one day but that does not mean we do all sort of experiments to have them. Everyone wants cute babies; I included but going to the point of mixing DNA to get the qualities you want is just extreme. Just like cloning you will know that the child is not entirely yours, you just mixed DNA of the characteristics of what your child should have and am sure if the child finds out how he or she was formed will want to know how many people were involved and this will definitely affect parent-child relationship.

Mixing DNA to have a perfect child is a clear indication that you have low self esteem, you don’t feel pretty enough or good enough and also shows how envious you are. All these things are possible because of technology and because God created people with brilliant minds. It’s good to discover new things don’t get it twisted technology is the best thing that has happen in our lives but some things will just worn us out if we concentrate on them to much because we want to compete with God and he can never be defeated.
